I am so happy to have found your web site. I bought your Woodland Fountain Pen in bog oak as a late Christmas gift. It has just arrived and it is simply gorgeous. The clicker broke very soon after getting

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the click mechanism on your RHOIDA pen, as this is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.
We have not received any direct contact from you regarding this matter, and if you reach out to us, we will be happy to assist straight away and work with you to get this resolved quickly.
In some cases, a sticking or non-returning clicker can be caused by the refill not being seated correctly, rather than a fault with the mechanism itself. To support customers, we provide a short refill installation video on the product page showing how to change and fit the refill correctly.

The letter opener arrived in a beautiful box with a personalised message that was much appreciated. The bog oak handle was much darker than I expected (mea culpa) and the engraving was on the handle as opposed to the blade of the opener. This I found surprising but also due to the dark colour of the bog oak, the engraving is difficult to see so I had to point it out and shine a torch on the handle for the recipient. The size was also on the small end but it is beautifully made and finished. It was a refresher on a present I bought for the same person 20 years ago so I am hoping it lasts 20 years too!
