Sending an Irish Pen abroad or directly to someone as a gift?

Here's everything you need to know.

We use DHL Express for international pen deliveries, with tracking from our door to yours — or theirs.

Sending an Irish Pen as a Gift?

Many of our pens are sent directly to family, friends or colleagues living abroad.

There are just two details to get right:

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

If you want to deal with any customs or import charges yourself, enter your email address when placing the order.

If payment is required, DHL will email you directly with the amount due and payment instructions. You can take care of it yourself, so the person receiving your gift doesn't need to be involved in the customs payment process.

THEIR MOBILE NUMBER

Enter the recipient's mobile number so DHL can contact them if necessary about the final delivery.

Your email for customs. Their mobile for delivery.

Customs — The Simple Version

Within the European Union:
No normal import customs process.

Outside the European Union:
Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other charges may apply.

If payment is required:
DHL will email you directly with the amount due and payment instructions.

Keep an eye on the email address you supplied with your order. Where an import payment is required, your parcel may be held until payment has been completed.
