I have three Cross biro but the refills I got only got one-off - very happy to get them but wonder if there are refills available for the others. Very efficient - they arrived next day. Thank you

Hi I ordered a pack of blue and a pack of black refills.
The refills arrived very promptly and work well except one of the black refills is damaged- it looks like it is squashed in the middle and so it is too wide to fit into my pen. Kind regards, Bríd Ann
Yes a refill was crushed in the post, but we sent 2 replacement on the day you told us about the damage, I hope you were happy with that service. We are delightted your 30 year old CROSS pen is up and writing again, it must be like having an old friend reconecting with you. Richard
Hi I purchased refills which were very promptly received however both were warped and quite hard to insert in the pen. Valerie Culloty
Hi Valerie, there is a silicone blob on the tip of the refill which is there to ensure the refill does not dry ensuring the refill is always in top condition no matter how long you store it. If the blob is big this can casuse an issue incerting the refill. We dont remove the blob as that would defeat its purpose. Thank you for your feedback. Catherine
