We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the click mechanism on your RHOIDA pen, as this is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.
We have not received any direct contact from you regarding this matter, and if you reach out to us, we will be happy to assist straight away and work with you to get this resolved quickly.
In some cases, a sticking or non-returning clicker can be caused by the refill not being seated correctly, rather than a fault with the mechanism itself. To support customers, we provide a short refill installation video on the product page showing how to change and fit the refill correctly.
