Exceptional Irish Craftsmanship

This pen is crafted from Irish Burled Elm, a unique wood from the Midlands of Ireland. We sourced it from a retired clockmaker’s collection of over 30 years. Although only a small amount of the stock was burled, it adds a rare and distinguished touch to each pen. The swirling patterns and vibrant hues in this wood are fascinatingly chaotic—almost eccentric. You'll never find a pen quite like this one!

Ink Compatibility & Writing Performance

Fitted with a German-made bi-colour size five nib, this pen offers an effortlessly smooth writing experience.

The pen uses international standard-sized ink cartridges, and we also supply an ink pump (converter) for use with bottled ink, providing added convenience and flexibility.

The pen pictured was handmade by us; your pen will be crafted from the same Irish Burled Elm wood. As no two wood pieces are the same, your pen will be completely unique. Like the pen pictured, we will select the most exciting wood to craft your pen from. It takes us about three days to prepare each pen.
