This pen is crafted from Irish Bog Oak formed in peat bogs over millennia, where anaerobic conditions naturally preserved the timber. The wood predates the Pyramids of Egypt and is revered for its deep tone, rare grain structure, and tactile smoothness. We finish each pen with traditional oils used by master Bog Oak sculptors to honour its legacy and preserve its character without synthetic coatings.
