Re-Delivery of Your Order – Ireland Only

We understand that deliveries can occasionally be missed or go uncollected. If your pen has been returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we are happy to arrange secure re-delivery within Ireland.

Registered Post Re-Delivery: €10

The €10 charge is the actual registered post charge from An Post. We do not add any handling fee or service charge to this amount.

When an order is returned to us, the original postal envelope is usually no longer suitable for reuse due to postal labels, markings, and handling during the return process.

Before re-sending your pen, we will:

• Repackage your pen in a new protective envelope
• Prepare a new address label
• Apply a new registered post label
• Bring your order back to the post office for secure dispatch

We complete this additional preparation at no extra cost as part of our commitment to looking after your order properly.
