The Feadán (pronounced <fa-don>) range was designed so that routine writing tasks become infinitely more enjoyable. With a minimalist form and tactile finish, each pen pays homage to the beauty of the Irish wood it is crafted from. The utterly original character of the timber ensures that no two Feadán pens are ever the same.

Feadán is the Irish word for "tube", and like its namesake, this pen is a conduit for expression—a means to allow the unfiltered flow of feelings to paper. The Feadán is a tactile and elegant link to Ireland’s literary heritage, beautifully blending tradition and creativity in one remarkable writing instrument.

This edition is made from rare Irish Burled Elm, a highly prized wood sourced from the midlands of Ireland. We acquired this exceptional timber from a retiring clockmaker who had stored it for over 30 years—too small for his craft, but perfect for ours. Only a tiny portion was burled, making this pen especially unique. Its chaotic grain, vibrant colour variations, and natural eccentricity ensure every piece is visually stunning and one-of-a-kind.

The Feadán fountain pen is engineered for balance and precision. It features a premium German made size 6 nib as standard, renowned for its smooth and consistent writing quality.
