The Flamed Irish Oak “Engineered” Ballpoint Pen is handcrafted from historically sourced Irish Oak reclaimed from the floor of Clontarf Castle in Dublin. It features a mechanical-inspired nut-shaped clicker and textured O-ring grip, fusing heritage with innovation. The Bright Chrome trim delivers a sleek, modern finish.

Crafted in Kells – Honouring Ireland’s Mighty Oak

Known as the “King of the Forest,” Irish Oak has long symbolised strength, wisdom, and protection. The ancient Druids revered it, and the word “Duir”—meaning door—links it to the gateway of knowledge. This particular timber has been flamed to enhance its grain, unlocking deeper contrast and natural beauty.

Each pen is handmade in our Kells, County Meath workshop, and takes approximately three days to complete.
