This is my second pen purchased from Richard. It's really hard to put into words just how special these purchases are. Both were received within a couple of days of ordering and having had immediate response to messaging for advice. The standard of customer service is unrivalled and the quality of these beautiful pens remarkable for such a personalised gift of such quality. Both were gifts for special occasions and will be truly treasured. The attention to detail including the careful packaging makes the buying experience total. A rare find and I hope anyone reading this will not hesitate to consider buying. I hope someone buys one for me one day! I would give 6 stars if I could.

I have brought 3 beautiful pens from Richard. The first was for a 50th Birthday present for a family member, who is the Head of an English Department at a secondary school in Ireland. It was the ballpoint "Celtic Knot Pewter pen in Irish Bog Oak"
She thought it was very special, and so smooth to hold.
I then ordered the ballpoint "Rosewood wood pen Gold"
for my niece's 21st birthday. She has just qualified as a teacher. She loved it and thought it was beautiful.
The third pens I brought is for my daughter who is graduating with a Masters Degree in an area of social policy. I ordered her a ballpoint "Celtic Knot pen in Irish rare BURLED Elm".
It is also a beautiful pen.
